‘Teen Mom’ Kailyn Lowry Details ‘Really Good’ Conversation With Jo Rivera After Son Elliott Came Out

In 2025, Teen Mom stars Cory Wharton and Taylor Selfridge continue to give fans relationship updates while raising their two daughters. The longtime couple, who first met on MTV, have shared the ups and downs of their journey. In May 2025, it was reported that Cory and Taylor broke up after eight years together. Since then, fans have speculated about the couple’s living situation.

In early September 2025, Cory took to Snapchat to tell his fans that he and Taylor are still living together. He also dispelled the rumor that he spends more time with Ryder, the daughter he shares with ex Cheyenne Floyd, than his other two daughters he shares with Taylor, Mila and Maya.

“Just because you guys don’t see me posting, and you probably do see me posting, like, I live with the other two [daughters], I see them every day,” Cory said, according to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup. “Uh-oh, surprise, me and Taylor still live together. Oh! You should be able to tell from the Snaps. Just because I’m not in the content doesn’t mean I’m not around.”

Cory noted that he and Taylor are “dealing with” their personal lives privately. “I don’t want everybody else to put their little 2 cents on my relationship,” he continued. “It’s very normal, people, OK?” He added that his social media will continue to focus on his life, his kids, and his own life — not his relationship.

Kailyn Lowry called out the fathers of her children for causing chaos

In addition to Cory Wharton’s online rant, Teen Mom fans keeping up with the latest news saw Kailyn Lowry addressing the fathers of her children. Her eldest, Isaac, shares a close bond with ex Jo Rivera, while her second son, Lincoln, is co-parented with ex-husband Javi Marroquin. Her younger children, Lux and Creed, are fathered by Chris Lopez. And Elijah Scott fathered Rio and her twins, Valley and Verse.

“I’m tired,” she said in a clip posted to Instagram in September 2025. “If we could all just get along. I don’t give a f*** if ya’ll wanna be besties, that’s fine. Let’s just — get along with me, I get along with you, OK? This goes to all four of them.”

Kailyn went on to say that Elijah is “unproblematic” and that she doesn’t talk to Jo. “This is for Javi and Chris,” she continued. “Please, for the love of God, I just want to get along. I’m probably blocked, but this will get to them.”

She then said 2026 will be “the year of healing.”

Briana DeJesus responded to backlash over her daughter’s nose piercing

In more Teen Mom news, Briana DeJesus was criticized by fans for allowing her daughter, Nova, 14, get a nose piercing. The reality star emphasized that the piercing was Nova’s choice, highlighting Briana’s hands-on but supportive approach to parenting. The post quickly sparked conversation among followers about teen self-expression and parental guidance.

On Sept. 3, 2025, Briana posted videos to Snapchat of the piercing process. The following day, she responded to the critics.

“My girl is such a good girl and she’s nothing like me or like any of these teens that I hear about,” she wrote, according to People. “I want her to be able to express herself and feel confident! She’s a straight-A student taking high school courses, and she’s such [a] sweet baby!”

“It’s just a piercing and it’s not permanent,” Briana continued. “She’s been wanting this for a long time, and I was hesitant at first, but I thought about it and felt like I wasn’t really hearing her and decided it would be OK!” she added. Briana went on to call her daughter “a blessing” who “deserves whatever she wants as long as she keeps up her grades and stays out of trouble.”
