Fans can anticipate deeper explorations into cast members’ personal lives, particularly Taylor Frankie Paul and Whitney Leavitt, who both welcomed new additions to their families since the first season. The season also introduces Miranda McWhorter, a key figure in the initial “soft-swinging” controversy, whose return is set to stir up old tensions and alliances within the group. Additionally, viewers can expect to witness the ongoing challenges in Jen and Zac Affleck’s relationship, including their efforts to reconcile after a public dispute.

The Secret Lives cast members don’t share their lives for free. While the cast has successfully monetized their social media, Hulu also pays them to appear in the reality series. Hulu hasn’t said outright how much each cast member makes.

Reddit users noted that each Kardashian family member makes around $250,000 per day filming. Given how famous the Kardashians are, we bet the Mormon Wives are not receiving paychecks quite this fat. However, with more time and a growing audience, Hulu will likely offer bigger pay to the Mormon stars.

The reality stars get paid tens of thousands of dollars through brand deals

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 2 cast members likely don’t rely on Hulu for their entire paycheck. They earn money through their social media accounts, particularly through TikTok. The women have discussed their lucrative brand deals and product promotions that have earned them tens of thousands of dollars. That said, the Mormon Wives have talked about the unpredictability of their income.

“It’s hard because each year is different,” Whitney Leavitt told E! News regarding her salary. “You could get a really big brand deal like, ‘Hey, we want to have like a six-month contract with you,’ and then next year you don’t get it at all. It varies drastically.”

 “We both have gotten one — we can’t say what it was — but we’ve gotten a deal that was $75,000 one year,” Mayci Neeley added.

“It will vary for people depending on what your specialty is, like fitness and health or beauty,” Whitney continued, “toys or mommy products for your children.”

“Each industry varies,” Mayci said. “Some pay more than the others.”

“Mormons are really good at entrepreneurship, and looking perfect, and having the aesthetic image,” she said. “There are a lot of bloggers and mom, you know, things for Mormons. So, I feel like that’s pretty common in our area.”
