TLC’s ‘Match Me Abroad’ Returns for Season 2: Meet the Cast
These singles are taking their search for love to distant shores. TLC’s reality dating series Match Me Abroad is returning for its second season this summer. The new episodes will feature one returning cast member from season 1, as well as five new singles and three matchmakers who will help their clients explore fresh romantic possibilities.
‘Match Me Abroad’ Season 2 premieres in June 2025
Match Me Abroad Season 2 premieres Sunday, June 22 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on TLC. The new season will follow the singles as they work with expert international matchmakers to find love outside of the U.S.
“Dating in the United States, it sucks,” one frustrated cast member declares in the trailer for the new season (via YouTube).
“Dating in American is quantity over quality,” another woman says. “I know my husband is waiting for me in Ireland like a big old pot of gold.”
In addition to the Emerald Isle, this season of Match Me Abroad will follow Americans hoping to find the one in Singapore and Brazil. But as they explore dating in another country, will they find what they’re looking for or go home disappointed?
Meet the ‘Match Me Abroad’ cast
So, who are are the singles searching for love on this season of Match Me Abroad? One face will be familiar. After failing to make a lasting connection with a woman he met in Prague in season 1, Harold is ready to enlist the services of a matchmaker again. This time, he’s headed to Singapore.
The new cast members also include:
Monica, a devoted single mom who has always put others before herself. Now, she’s ready to chase her dream of love in Brazil. But she might get more than she bargained for when she falls for two different guys.
Victoria has been on dozens of first dates, but still hasn’t found the right guy for her. Now, this fast-paced New Yorker is jetting off to Ireland, where she hopes to find a “crazy, fun, spontaneous” Irishman to share her life with.
Sarah is a glamorous and goal-oriented Texan on the hunt for a man who’s established, family-minded, and ready to settle down. With her mom by her side, she travels to Singapore to search for someone who ticks all her boxes, including resembling her celebrity crush.
Amber from Texas also hopes she’ll find the man of her dream in Ireland. Her dream is to find a partner who shares her vision of a peaceful, family-focused future. But Irish guys aren’t all charmers. In the trailer, she accuses her date of lying, then slaps the Guinness out of his hand when he says it’s no surprise she’s still single.
Tony has tried everything to find love, from dating apps to AI-generated photos, but he’s struck out every time. Now, this Floridian is convinced a Brazilian woman is what he needs. So, he travels to South America to find the partner of his dreams – and, potentially, the mother of his future children.
To find love, these six singles will rely on a trio of matchmakers.
Katarina, who worked with Harold in Match Me Abroad Season 1, is back for season 2. This time, she’s helping Amber and Victoria find love in Ireland.
Dolly is one of Singapore’s most sought-after matchmakers. She’ll work with Harold and Sarah, navigating the delicate balance between glam expectations and grounded relationships for the singles.
Luiza is a no-nonsense matchmaker in Brazil who urges her American clients to take things slow when it comes to new relationships. But will Monica and Tony follow her advice?
