Todd Chrisley’s Son Kyle Chrisley Arrested Again
Kyle Chrisley, the son of reality TV personality Todd Chrisley, is in trouble with the law again.
Kyle was arrested December 20 in Rutherford County, Tennessee, TMZ reported. The 34-year-old allegedly punched three police officers and threatened to kill them.
Kyle’s wife told police that he had threatened her during a dinner earlier that night. Alcohol appears to have been a factor in the incident, with Kyle telling officers he consumed 64 ounces of beer at the restaurant. He is facing charges of domestic assault, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, assaulting a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and retaliation for past actions.

Kyle, who is Todd’s son from his first marriage, has been arrested multiple times in recent years.
In March 2023, he was arrested for aggravated assault in Rutherford County. He was arrested again in September 2024. In 2019, he was arrested on drug charges in Oklahoma.
Kyle appeared in the first season of Chrisley Knows Best along with his dad and other family members. In 2016, Todd and his wife Julie Chrisley adopted Kyle’s daughter Chloe. The couple were sentenced to prison in 2022 for fraud and tax evasion. Todd and Julie received pardons from President Donald Trump and were released from prison in May 2025.
