Tom Brady’s Rep Is Speaking Out About the Former Quarterback’s ‘Romance Rumors’ With Sofia Vergara Who’s Too ‘Old’ For Him

After NFL legend Tom Brady sparked romance rumors with Sofía Vergara, there was a report that they were not dating because the former signal caller thought the Modern Family star was too “old.”

Vergara, who celebrated her birthday on July 11, is five years older than Brady. But did he really say she was too old for him to date?

According to Brady’s rep, he did not.

An anonymous source spoke to the Daily Mail and claimed that the seven-time Super Bowl champ “sees Sofía as beautiful and his type, but he isn’t going to start a relationship with her as she is older and stuck in her ways.” However, Brady’s rep denied he ever said that.

“Tom never said, nor would he ever say, anything like this,” his rep told People in a statement. “It is pure fiction.”

Brady and Vergara have been spotted spending time with each other in recent weeks and had dinner together while aboard the Luminara superyacht, launched by the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.  

However, sources informed TMZ that while they are both single at the moment, they are not dating each other. The insiders added that Vergara and Brady are simply hanging out, and to call it a “romance” is “ridiculous.”
