Tori Spelling needs to get her act together, literally.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum has a serious problem with stuff, she confessed on the latest installment of her MisSPELLING podcast.

Tori Spelling’s podcast co-host calls out actor’s hoarding tendencies

In the episode of her iHeartRadio podcast, the mom of five opened up about a recent illness that kept her from working for eight weeks. Spelling said she got sick after one of her kids brought something home. But the actor’s co-host, Amy Sugarman, wondered if Spelling’s chaotic living environment was another, underlying cause.

Sugarman told Spelling she thought her “lifestyle contributes to why you get sick so much,” then asked her to send a photo of her house. Spelling obliged, and when Sugarman saw the image, she was appalled.

“Oh, it’s not good,” Sugarman said. “And I don’t want to be mean, but the Christmas tree is up.”

While Sugarman admitted the “bones” of Spelling’s home were good, the overall look left a lot to be desired.

“It’s borderline hoarder, I’m not gonna lie,” Sugarman said.

Spelling, 52, agreed the situation was not good. She confessed that she’d “ stopped having people over” due to the state of her home.

The mess has gotten worse since Spelling split from her husband, Dean McDermott. He used to keep her in check, she said.

“When Dean and I were together and lived together, I was able to have a house that was presentable because he wouldn’t live like that,” Spelling said. “We were working at different times, so I had downtime when he’d work.”

‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ star once had the contents of her storage units auctioned off

With McDermott out of the picture, Spelling is looking for outside help to assist her in getting organized. That person will likely have quite the job. The So NoTORIous star has previously admitted to once having dozens of storage lockers packed with items that didn’t fit in her home.

In a 2024 episode of her podcast (via People), Spelling revealed that at one point, she had roughly 50 shipping container-sized storage units. But when she fell behind on the rent, the contents were auctioned off.

“At one point when I couldn’t pay it … ‘cause we had done small payments and it was adding up, and then it just catches up with you if you don’t pay it,” she said. “I had an outstanding bill of $80,000.”

Spelling went on to say that after that debacle, she’d cut down to four storage units. At the time, she insisted that she wasn’t a hoarder.

“I’m not a hoarder,” she said. “I’m a collector.”
