50 Cent mocked Madonna’s Instagram photos and she quickly clapped back

On Nov. 25, Madonna shared a series of spicy photos of herself on Instagram. The images show Madonna in her bedroom in various states of undress.

50 Cent posted one of the Evita star’s photos in his own Instagram Stories. “yo this is the funniest s*** LOL,” the rapper wrote. “That’s Madonna under the bed trying to do like a virgin at 63. She shot out, if she don’t get her old ass up.”

The “Material Girl” singer did not appreciate 50 Cent’s words. She fired back by posting an old photo of 50 Cent hugging her to her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Here is 50 Cent pretending to be my friend.”

She continued, “Now you have decided to talk smack about me. I guess your new career is getting attention by trying to humiliate others on social media. The least elevated choice you could make as an artist and an adult.”

The “Like a Virgin” singer said that the rapper must envy her. “You’re just jealous you won’t look as good as me or have as much fun when you are my age.”

50 Cent apologized for making fun of Madonna’s racy pictures

The “Candy Shop” rapper then took the feud to Twitter, where he offered an apology for making fun of Madonna’s photos.

“I must have hurt Madonna’s feelings,” he wrote in a since-deleted tweet (per Page Six). “She went and dug up a old MTV photo from 03. Ok I’m sorry I did not intend to hurt your feelings.”

50 Cent, who has gotten in trouble for commenting on women’s looks before, also wrote that he wasn’t trying to profit from making fun of the singer. “I don’t benefit from this in any way. I said that I thought when I saw the picture because of where I had seen it before I hope you accept my apology.”

The ‘Vogue’ singer did not accept the rapper’s apology

Madonna did not, in fact, accept 50 Cent’s apology. On Dec. 11, she posted a video of herself to her Instagram and captioned it, “Delayed Clap back for 50 cent And his fake apology👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 ….…..,..Ive been busy, better late then never!!! Had. some things I needed to say. 🗣 @50cent”

“You were trying to shame me. You were trying to humiliate me,” the singer said in the video, using the app’s Pixar filter to make herself look like an animated Disney character.

“Your apology is fake, it’s bulls***, and it’s not valid,” she continued. Madonna proceeded to list the reasons why 50 Cent offended her.

“It’s not hard to find footage of me and you hanging out,” she says before sharing a clip of the rapper calling Madonna his “old friend.”

“Number two, an apology is not valid if you don’t know what you’re apologizing for,” she explained. “What you should be apologizing for is your misogynistic, sexist, ageist behavior and remarks.

“Number three, you didn’t hurt my feelings because I didn’t take it personally. I could never take it personally because you’re not coming from an enlightened place,” Madonna said before giving her final reason. “Number four, you say you’re not benefiting from it. Of course you’re benefiting from it; that is what social media is all about. You do understand that, right?”

Madonna also said, “don’t kid yourself” and “stop lying to yourself” regarding 50 Cent saying he wasn’t trying to benefit from publicly mocking her on social media. “That’s f***ed up,” the singer said. “You are trying to put a limit on when women should be able to feel good about themselves.”

Her final remarks to the rapper were, “I forgive you, and I hope that one day you wake up and see a different point of view. I wish you all the best.”

50 Cent fired two more shots at Madonna after she posted her video

On Dec. 12, 50 Cent responded to the “Like a Prayer” singer’s video by posting a collage of photos similar to the image he used to make fun of her. He captioned the Instagram post, “👀well what a positive influence you are. LOL #likeavirgin63 challenge. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I’m sorry, SORRY DIDN’T WORK ! 😳”

The same day, the TV mogul posted a heavily edited video mocking Madonna’s response to his apology. He captioned this Instagram post, “The Purge Begins now! 🤷🏽‍♂️hey is there a age limit for this kinda s*** man,i’m asking for a friend. @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi”

Madonna has yet to respond to 50 Cent’s latest posts about her.
