Tayshia Adams was a contestant on ‘The Bachelor’ Season 23

The Bachelorette fans first met Tayshia when ABC cast her as one of Colton Underwood‘s suitors in The Bachelor Season 23. Tayshia and Colton formed a strong connection throughout the season, and she made it to the finale.

Unfortunately for Tayshia, Colton was in love with Cassie Randolph, who had just quit the show. Once she left, Tayshia and Hannah Godwin were the two contestants left standing. Colton decided that he needed to try to pursue a relationship with Cassie. So, he broke up with Tayshia and Hannah.

However, many Bachelor Nation fans fell in love with Tayshia. So, ABC brought her back for Bachelor in Paradise Season 6. In Mexico, she paired up with former The Bachelorette Season 15 contestant John Paul Jones. The two dated for a bit in the show, broke up, rekindled their relationship after the finale aired, and broke up again.

But Tayshia soon discovered her happily ever after when she was chosen as the replacement for Clare Crawley’s season of The Bachelorette. In the finale, Tayshia gave Zac Clark her final rose, and the couple became engaged.

Cohen pressed her more about her reaction to the news. Tayshia admitted, “You know, it was just a surprise. But that was like a, you know, a time in my life. I was really grateful, honestly, because he helped me grow as a person. And so, that solely, I can appreciate him for. And whatever makes him happy makes him happy.”
