‘The Challenge: All Stars 3’ cast consists of former finalists

24 popular competitors from the flagship series returned for The Challenge: All Stars 3, hoping to take home the $250,000 cash prize.

When host T.J. Lavin greeted the players, he revealed the season made history by only casting those who previously qualified for a finals.

The cast includes Brad Fiorenza, Jemmye Carroll, Darrell Taylor, Jonna Mannion, Derrick Kosinski, Kailah Casillas, Jordan Wiseley, KellyAnne Judd, Mark Long, Kendal (Sheppard) Darnell, MJ Garrett, Nia Moore, Nehemiah Clark, Roni Chance, Syrus Yarbough, Sylvia Elsrode, Wes Bergmann, Tina (Barta) Bridges, Yes Duffy, Veronica Portillo, Latterian Wallace, Melinda (Stolp) Collins, Tyler Duckworth, and Cynthia Roberts.

Wes Bergmann and Sylvia Elsrode won the opening challenge

Sylvia Elsrode and Wes Bergmann won the opening competition, which consisted of memorizing and recreating a puzzle. Alongside the next two female and male players to finish, Yes Duffy, KellyAnne Judd, MJ Garrett, and Veronica Portillo, they formed the Authority.

The top 6 all-stars can nominate one male and female co-star to compete against the daily losers (Cynthia Roberts and Syrus Yarbrough) in the Arena. Additionally, the challenge winners can sabotage anyone at the next mission.

When the Authority convened to discuss their options, Sylvia and Veronica already knew they wanted to save Kaliah Casillas and Tina Barta, respectively. However, the latter didn’t want to show her cards that early in the game.

While Yes wished to compete against the “best” competitor in the finals, MJ admitted he didn’t want to see Jordan Wiseley in the end, believing he couldn’t beat the three-time champ. KellyAnne suggested the group vote in the bottom two finishers, Tyler Duckworth and Tina, and Wes agreed, pointing out it’s an easy strategy to hide behind.

Who went home during ‘The Challenge: All Stars 3’ Episode 1?

The decision might have resulted in an early fallout as Tina considered Veronica not saving her “throwing the first punch.”

For the elimination, “Crawl Brawl,” the players started on opposite ends of a steel caged tunnel. The first competitor to transfer three sandbags through the small tunnel to a bell wins and stays in the house.

Tina and Syrus came out on top, sending home Cynthia and Tyler during The Challenge: All Stars 3 Episode 1 and earning their stars, giving them two each.

Every time anyone wins an elimination, they acquire all the stars the person they sent home had. It’s unclear what this means, but TJ hinted that “the more stars you have, the more power you will have in this game.” The Challenge: All Stars 3 airs Wednesdays on Paramount+.
