Fans of MTV’s The Challenge Season 37 have followed the rookie and veteran players through a wild season. The Challenge: Spies, Lies, and Allies brought 17 international players and 17 U.S. players together to compete, and we’ve seen the players form alliances and backstab each other to make it all the way to the final. So, when does the final air? Fans suspect a two-part final is coming in mid-December 2021.

[Spoiler alert: Spoilers ahead regarding MTV’s The Challenge Season 37 winners and future eliminations.]

MTV’s The Challenge Season 37 began with an international competitor pairing up with a U.S. competitor. But the veteran players had other plans. While a number of vets paired up with rookies initially, the vets joined forces to play the game as a unit and take out as many rookie players as possible. By the time the cell twist happened in episode 10, the remaining players split off into three teams — the Ruby Cell, the Sapphire Cell, and the Emerald Cell.

By episode 16, veteran alliances started to break down. Big T Fazakerley and rookie Emy Alupei ended up going into The Lair, with Tori Deal narrowly avoiding elimination. Emy took out Big T, making her rookie of the year for winning four eliminations.

Now, in episode 17 airing on Dec. 1, 2021, fans can expect to see a male elimination happen. Emanuel likely has the biggest target on his back, as he’s a rookie who has yet to see The Lair.

When is the ‘Spies, Lies, and Allies’ final? Fans have predictions

With another male elimination slated for episode 17, when will MTV’s The Challenge Season 37 final air? In past seasons, the final takes two episodes. It typically begins halfway through one episode and finishes at the end of the following episode. The first episode usually leaves the final off on a cliffhanger, with some players clearly doing better than others. As for the final itself, it’s typically a multi-day stint for the competitors to get through.

A Reddit user mapped out a likely timeline for the remainder of season 37. After the male elimination on Dec. 1, they believe a double elimination happens on Dec. 8, 2021 — and that’s also the same episode when the final starts. Then, the final will finish on the following Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021.

The Challenge Season 37 winners shouldn’t be too surprising considering who’s left in the competition. According to The Challenge Season 37 spoilers, Kaycee Clark wins for the women, and CT Tamburello wins for the men. Both CT and Kaycee made it to finals in the past, and CT also won last season alongside Amber Borzotra.

Both Kaycee and CT also manage to completely avoid eliminations all season long. They’re considered top-tier athletes and competitors, and they both had a number of allies in the game. Kaycee also got to run the final with her girlfriend, Nany González — a seasoned veteran who certainly helped her strategically navigate to the end. The other finalists reportedly include Devin Walker, Emy, Kyle Christie, Nelson Thomas, and Tori Deal.

The Challenge Season 37 airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST on MTV.
