Aubry Bracco Shared Who She Was Most Excited to Compete Against Before Winning ‘Survivor’ on 4th Try
Aubry Bracco won Survivor after competing on the show four separate times. Bracco outwitted, outlasted, and outplayed her fellow competitors and took home $2 million and a Toyota Land Cruiser. Before the conclusion of her victorious season, she spoke glowingly about many of the other players.
Aubry Bracco shouted out the players on her season of ‘Survivor’
Survivor 50 brought back some of the greatest players in the show’s long history. Shortly before filming for the season began, Bracco said she was thrilled to play with many of these people.
“It’s hard to pinpoint one specific person that I’m most excited to see here,” she told TVLine. “I love Cirie. I gotta watch out for her. She could be my Achilles’ heel. I’m always excited to see Cirie.”
She also looked forward to playing with someone from her favorite Survivor seasons of all time.
“I’m excited to see Coach,” she said. “I mean, to see the Dragon Slayer in person is like, ‘Damn, that’s the Dragon Slayer!’ I’ve been waiting to see you since my favorite “Survivor” season, which always has been and always will be ‘South Pacific.’”
She said she also looked forward to seeing New Era players like Emily Flippen, Dee Valladares, Kyle Fraser, and Joe Hunter. She felt a bit of trepidation about Q Burdette, though.
“I know Q has my name on a wanted poster plastered to his kitchen, but I think Q… I’m proceeding with caution, like I’m dismantling a bomb, but I think you and I might have some common ground.”
She shared how she felt about her chances
Bracco, Hunter, and Jonathan Young were the finalists on this season of Survivor. She said that after the final Tribal Council, she felt good about her chances. Still, she wasn’t entirely confident she would be the victor.
“People were fighting for me and like I said, I never had that before and it felt good, but the wild thing is Jonathan and I really were neck and neck in terms of people supporting us,” she told Entertainment Weekly. “Jonathan had Chrissy and Steph fighting for him in the ring. So it really was like: Who’s getting folks for them on the jury? Who is a step ahead for this question? So it was really neck and neck.”
In the end, Bracco earned the majority of the votes.
Aubry Bracco revealed her plans for her ‘Survivor’ winnings
Survivor 50 had a historic $2 million prize. Bracco already has plans for how to spend it.
“I have a 2-and-a-half-year-old,” she told E! News, “and I want to make sure his future is all set.”
Still, she’ll use some of that money to treat herself.
“I really want a dry sauna, you know, an infrared sauna,” she said. “But I like to keep it kinda low key.”
She said she will also buy dinner for competitor Rick Devens. He risked his game to get Mr. Beast to double the prize money.
