Cardi B said her kids will need to know how to defend themselves
In a recent post to her social media account, Cardi said that she wants her children to be able to fight because she won’t always be around to protect them.
“This that age when you need to learn how to fight … Never know when a b**** gon’ try you when you grow up and s*** because you in them white, good schools, but you know you outside,” she said on Instagram Live. “I ain’t going to be there for you all the time.”
She said that she hopes that this will pay off in her favor at some point in the future. She’s feuded with a lot of people over the years.
“I got some b****es that I don’t like, so when you 25 and s*** and b****es f*** with me? You know I’m like, ‘Yeah, b****. Don’t make me bring out my daughter. Which daughter you want? Which daughter?”
Her eldest daughter, Kulture, laughed as she agreed to defend her mother if a fight broke out at bingo night.
“When I’m like about 60 and I’m talking s*** to these b****es, that’s when you come in. ‘Kulture, come beat this b**** a**,” she said. “Yeah, she f***ed with me. I’m playing bingo. Yeah, I’m at bingo and this b**** f***ing with me. Come over here and bring Blossom too. You’re going to jump a**.”
She plans to enroll her kids in boxing classes.
How many children does she have?
Cardi shares three children with her estranged husband, Offset. They welcomed their first daughter, Kulture, in 2018. In 2021, Cardi gave birth to a son, Wave. Just two months after Cardi filed for divorce from Offset for a second time, she gave birth to their third child, Blossom.
As Cardi navigated her divorce from Offset, she began a relationship with NFL player Stefon Diggs. In late 2025, they welcomed a son who remains unnamed. She has also spoken about wanting to have more children.
