Steve Harvey is ready and waiting to bring another season of Celebrity Family Feud to fans. The beloved game show will return for its 12th season on ABC, and as is typical with celebrity seasons, the show is pulling in the star power. The celebrity contestants are playing to win money for charity, and there are a ton of heavy hitters in the lineup who are sure to bring some great and unique answers to the stage.

Sports and music stars will be represented

Each year, Steve Harvey welcomes people from all entertainment fields to the stage, and this year is no different. What is a bit unusual is the number of celebrity athletes who are signed on to appear. In one upcoming episode, a group of AFC champion football players, including Hines Ward and Terrell Suggs, will face off against an NFC squad that includes Amani Toomer, Isaac Bruce, and Mike Singletary. Women’s hockey greats and men’s hockey superstars will also face off.

While we don’t know what charities they will be playing for yet, we are sure they’ve picked worthy causes. Athletes aren’t the only ones set to take the stage, though. There are several entertainers in the music world who have agreed to battle it out for charity. American Idol alums, separated into teams of men and women, will compete against each other. Zac Brown, Bow Wow, and Da Brat are among the other music superstars set to appear.

Actors, comedians, and TV personalities are all on the roster, too, presumably with a few surprises mixed in.

When and how to watch season 12 of ‘Celebrity Family Feud’

With more than a dozen matchups spanning the worlds of football, hockey, singing competitions, stand-up, and reality TV, Season 12 is positioning itself as the most varied and celebrity-dense edition in the show’s history. The upcoming season of Celebrity Family Feud looks to one-up previous seasons, which featured stars like Jennifer Hudson and Taraji P. Henson, Fat Joe and Gabriel Iglesias, and Shaq facing off against Sherri Shepherd.
