Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces new allegations of assault from a former child actor

In a new lawsuit, John Doe alleges that he attended a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in 2007. At the time, he was a working child actor. He alleges that Combs asked to speak to him privately about potential career opportunities.

In court documents, John Doe says Combs began “rubbing on parts of his body” before performing oral sex while “pleasuring” himself. John Doe says that he told Combs he was uncomfortable before the oral sex began. He said that Combs told him he would “keep him in mind for possible opportunities” before leaving the room.

Combs’ legal team has maintained that he has never assaulted anyone. His representative, Juda Engelmayer, also pushed back on the recent allegations against him. He said that the new lawsuit is an attempt to make money.

“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous,” he said in a statement to the Daily Mail. “He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers.”

He said he believes that they will be able to disprove the new allegations against him.

“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child!” he said. “These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

He has appealed his convictions

Combs is currently serving out a 50-month prison sentence on charges of transportation to engage in prostitution. In April, he appealed his conviction, arguing that his punishment was unfairly harsh. Three judges from the Second U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City are still looking over the appeal.

If Combs wins the appeal, he could receive a new trial or a reduced sentence. Engelmayer told Us Weekly that Combs is “hoping for a good outcome.”

“He’s become like a paralegal, if not a lawyer already,” he said. “My experience [is that] clients who are deeply involved in their cases are the ones who get further.”

At this point, Combs remains incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.

“He’s focused on the appeal,” Engelmayer said, “and looking back at his life and trying to figure out ways to improve and be a better person.”
