Two days ago, Kim Kardashian took to Instagram to drop a series of photos from her trip to Italy. There was nothing particularly suspicious or strange about the upload, the way she arranged them, or the caption. Kardashian, as usual, looked beautiful, and the moody photos documented her trip perfectly. For all intents and purposes, it looked like just another lavish holiday for the wealthy reality TV mogul. In fact, they would have been considered a perfectly mundane carousel if only Drake hadn’t seemingly stayed in the same space.
The second fans noticed that Drake and Kim Kardashian appeared to stay in the same villa in Lake Como, around the same time, they started speculating that the stars were dating. While we don’t know exactly where Kim Kardashian stayed, Drake’s accommodations have been verified. According to Hotels, he stayed at Villa Pliniana during his Milan concert series. Pictures of Villa Pliniana, a 16th-century palazzo, do match photos of the balcony Kim Kardashian showed off in her photos. Interior photos match the moody vibe that Drake featured on his own Instagram account. It is probably a safe bet that she stayed at the lakefront estate. Whether she stayed there when Drake did, and if that means anything, is a different story entirely.
This isn’t the first time fans have speculated about a potential romantic link
While the latest round of rumors has the first hint of actual evidence that Drake and Kim Kardashian inhabited the same space, it’s not the first time that romance rumors have gripped the seemingly unlikely pair. Back in 2023, fans speculated they might have a secret romance after Kim Kardashian’s voice appeared in one of Drake’s songs.
Drake sampled a recording of the businesswoman discussing her split from Kanye West with Kris Jenner for his song “Search & Rescue.” The recording was pulled from the final episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Fans theorized that the use of Kardashian’s voice indicated Drake’s interest in the reality TV star. Others, however, argued that Drake was just trying to get under Kanye West’s skin by using Kardashian’s voice. By the time the song dropped, West had already moved on and married Bianca Censori, though.
While Drake used Kim Kardashian’s voice, and she clearly approved it, nothing ever came of the business transaction. They were never spotted hanging out together, and both seemed interested in other romantic partners.
Do Drake and Kanye West have an active feud?

Kanye West even released Drake’s address on Instagram. In more recent years, they’ve fallen into a much quieter and subtle feud, but it is still very much ongoing. We assume it would kick back into high gear if Drake did turn out to be dating Kim Kardashian.
