Former New York Giants Star Victor Cruz Gets Married! Who Is His Wife, Orange Calderon?
Congrats are in order for former New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz who tied the knot with his partner DJ Orange Calderon. The couple said I do during a civil ceremony in New York City on Sept. 30, 2026. The pair were seen leaving the courthouse in a white Rolls Royce that had a “Just Married” sign on the bumper with metal cans attached behind it.
Now, fans want to know more about the former NFL star’s wife and their relationship.
When Cruz and Calderon began dating and when they got engaged
Cruz and Calderon were first publicly linked in 2024, when they began appearing together at various events including Coachella, the U.S. Open and NBA games. They were also spotted vacationing in St. Barths.
In June 2026, Calderon announced on Instagram that they got engaged. She shared several pics showing off her stunning oval-cut diamond ring.
She later shared more photos referencing Cruz’s proposal and their engagement, and indicated that the athlete’s original plan had been a romantic beach-dinner proposal, but the weather intervened and their dinner “got rained out.”
Calderon’s background and what she does for a living
Calderon was born on Dec. 31, 1989, in Houston, Texas. She is of Filipino-Basque and Mexican descent.
Calderon is a DJ and music producer. She previously studied Apparel Industry Management at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and worked in fashion branding and marketing before pursuing her DJ career.
According to her artist page, Calderon’s father is a “gifted musician” and she was “brought up in a home that taught communication through sound. Serving as an eclectic resume of sorts, the series’ & music posts, and brand collaborations have garnered the attention of national and international event promoters, recording artists, celebrities, and corporate groups alike.”
Calderon first gained recognition after winning the national Flavor Battle DJ in 2016, becoming the first woman to win the national competition. Her work has included performing at events around the world and opening for artists including SZA, Skrillex, and Outkast. She has also worked with some top companies including Nike, YSL, Netflix, L’Oreal SXSW, Peacock, and Lululemon, and did the Bootsy Bellows MTV VMA’s official after-party.

Just a few months after Cruz put a ring on it, the two decided to get hitched. And they did so in style.
For the courthouse ceremony, the bride wore an elegant white two-piece skirt suit with a birdcage veil and Mary Jane heels. She accesorized her look with diamond jewelry. The groom donned a gray double-breasted suit with black dress shoes and sunglasses.
Before Calderon, Cruz dated Karrueche Tran for three years. They split in 2021. He also has one teenage daughter from a previous relationship.
