Yarmosky shared a beaming photo of Holmes standing in a horse stable on his Instagram Stories, alongside snapshots of a sunset and a visit to artist John Chamberlain’s estate. She reposted the images to her own account. The quiet but unmistakable announcement caps off a relationship that’s been unfolding in public for months, and it also puts to rest, at least for now, one of the year’s most persistent celebrity romance rumors: a potential reunion with her former co-star and ex-boyfriend, Joshua Jackson.

Holmes seemed to spur the rumors herself, sharing a photo with her arms around Jackson to announce the project in July 2025, calling their reunion “a testament to friendship.” In April 2026, she further fueled rumors by liking comments on Instagram suggesting they would make the perfect pair. Their press tour for Happy Hours a couple of months later further fueled speculation, with an insider telling In Touch that the pair’s chemistry is “off the charts.”
Those rumors seem to have been put to rest now, though. While Jackson appears to be single now, following his 2023 divorce, Holmes very clearly is not.
