Kim Kardashian has consistently denied ever having breast implants, repeatedly attributing her figure to genetics and shapewear rather than surgical enhancement. As early as 2008, she emphatically stated on her personal blog: “I have not ever had plastic surgery! I have had a size C since I was 11 years old!” according to OK! Magazine. Then, in a 2010 Nightline segment, she doubled down. “Trust me, honey, if I take this bra off, you will tell me I need to get them done,” she said at the time.

In 2022, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Barrett told The U.S. Sun that he believed Kardashian had work done, though he couldn’t say for sure. In total, he believes Kardashian could’ve spent up to $170,000 on contouring, lasers, and other cosmetic treatments.

“Kim has been famous for her body contouring!” he says. “She appears to have had liposuction with fat transfer. At one point, her results were overdone and very exaggerated.”

Kylie responded to a TikTok request by influencer Rachel Leary, revealing the full technical details of the procedure: 445 cc silicone implants, moderate profile, placed half under the muscle (dual-plane), performed by Dr. Garth Fisher.

She previously discussed getting a breast augmentation before having kids. In a candid conversation on The Kardashians, Kylie said, “I got my breasts done before Stormi … within six months of having Stormi — not thinking I would have a child when I was 20 — they were still healing.” She reflected, “I had beautiful breasts … perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.”
