According to rumors circulating online, the 9 Songs actor wasn’t happy with her edit on the revived version of the U.K.-set reality series. Supposedly, her threats of legal action may have contributed to Bravo’s decision to pause the show after just one season.

On July 7, Margo was a guest on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live. When it came to that rumored lawsuit, she pleaded ignorance.

“I mean, what kind of legal action could I have against the network? Like, what grounds would I have?” she said.

“I’m off social media. I deactivated all my accounts because I found it really distracting. So I haven’t actually seen anything,” she continued. “I just know what the rumors are. Like, what was this alleged lawsuit for?”

“I don’t know. Are they saying it generated from her husband?” Jeff Lewis asked co-host Jamison Scala.

“Yeah. They’re all blaming the husband,” Jamison replied. “They said your husband is suing Bravo. Because I guess you didn’t like the edit. You didn’t like how you were portrayed. You didn’t like the show.”

“Oh. Well, was the lawsuit filed? Did anybody find the lawsuit?” Margo replied.

Jamison said he hadn’t seen any proof of a lawsuit.

“Oh, so then there’s not a lawsuit,”Margo said, adding that in her opinion, the edit she received was “fine.”

Myka Meier said Margo Stilley told her there was no lawsuit

Earlier in July, Margo’s Ladies of London co-star Myka Meier also addressed the lawsuit rumors.

“There is no lawsuit,” she said in a video shared on Instagram (via @queensofbravo). “So I just actually called Margo and spoke to her myself. And she said, ‘Absolutely not. I’m not suing anyone. I don’t know where this came from. This is a rumor. There is no lawsuit.’”

“So I just wanted to come on and say the truth because I know there’s been a lot of conspiracies out there,” Myka continued. “But in fact, that is the truth.”

Despite the denials, not everyone was convinced that Margo was telling the truth. On Instagram, multiple people pointed out that Margo had not specifically denied that she’d sued Bravo.

“Hhhhmmm…..I never heard her definitely say there isn’t a lawsuit. Her answering a question with a question is suspect,” one person wrote.

“Margo never straight up said ‘no’ AND she the way she said ‘is there a lawsuit? Were documents filed’ to me seemed so coy like ‘we threatened a lawsuit, but didn’t file,’” another person commented. “I’m not buying her act one bit.”
