Kim Kardashian impressed the internet with her transformation into her eldest daughter, North West, ahead of Halloween. The beauty mogul looked unrecognizable as she posed exactly like her teenage daughter. However, the reality TV star recently revealed that her daughter was not exactly thrilled to see her mother’s attempts to dress like her. The 13-year-old had a brutal three-word response after seeing Kardashian in her signature blue locks.
According to HELLO!, Kardashian spoke with Entertainment Tonight during All’s Fair Season 2 premiere about her Halloween costume. The beauty mogul was asked what her daughter’s reaction was, and she revealed that it was the teenager’s idea. She also admitted that her daughter was not impressed when she attempted to channel her on her own.
Kardashian said, “I thought I was killing it, and I was fully ready.” The mother of four added, “And then I go in the other room, and I’m like, ‘I’m ready!’” North immediately disapproved of the look, saying “no, no, no.” She then pointed out everything that was off with the outfit. “Wrong shirt! I would never wear that skirt. Where did you get those lashes? No, no, no,” the budding singer said.
She then helped her mother to turn into herself while paying attention to every detail. “So she redid it for me, and made it amazing and perfect,” Kardashian shared. Many fans praised the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star for her friendly bond with her daughter. On the other hand, North opted to add a prosthetic chin to dress up as Natalie Nunn for the spooky festival. The teenager wore a black T-shirt, a brunette bob hairdo, and chunky necklaces to look like the Baddies star. However, her costume drew a lot of criticism toward her mother.
According to She Finds, Kardashian was widely scrutinized for letting her minor daughter watch the reality TV show starring Nunn. Several Reddit users claimed they were shocked to see North being aware of Nunn and all the drama around her show. One wrote, “She has no business knowing who Natalie Nunn is,” while another penned that they would never allow their child to watch the reality show. “Absolutely the most limited supervision in their household,” the user added.
