Ariana Grande just posted some PDA snaps with Ricky Alvarez on her social media following the pair’s latest outing in New York City after rekindling their romance.
The couple, who previously dated from 2015 until 2016, gave fans a rare glimpse into their relationship. And now, an expert is sharing what they were communicating in their photos together.

“The reason that she’s purposely balancing on the balls of her feet is to suggest that she needs Ricky to hold, stabilize, and comfort her. She’s intentionally giving him the keys to the relationship… Ariana’s raised heels let Ricky know that she fully trusts him to hold on to her and not let go. Their unbroken eye contact suggests that the two are in a relationship based on intimacy and a feeling of safety together.”
