After nearly six years in America, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle really surprised fans and royal watchers when they moved back to the U.K. in August. King Charles was said to welcome the move so he could spend more time with the family. But not everyone was happy to have the couple back.

Prince William and the Princess of Wales (formerly known as Kate Middleton) did not roll out the red carpet and give the Sussexes a warm welcome back. In fact, it’s been reported that William has not spoken to his sibling since he returned to the U.K.

Sources have claimed that the future king is not interested in reconciling with his brother and sister-in-law. He is instead pretending they are not even back. Prince Williams said, “He’s stopped complaining about Harry and Meghan and is now acting like they don’t even exist instead… and continuing to act as though Harry and Meghan are banished when they’re clearly right there at his doorstep.”

However, William isn’t alone with his feelings about the duke and duchess. According to a new poll, there are plenty of people in the U.K. who feel the same way and have an idea about where the pair should relocate to next.

It was confirmed on Oct. 27 that Meghan will serve as a co-host and special guest on the upcoming 2027 season of Junior MasterChef Australia. Prince Harry’s wife previously appeared on an episode of MasterChef Australia, which aired on July 26.

Now pollsters say Australia is exactly where the Sussexes should move to. In a Daily Express poll launched on Oct. 30, readers were asked, “Should Prince Harry and Meghan Markle move to Australia?” The findings showed that a whopping 75% of respondents voted yes, while 22% voted no. The remaining 3% indicated they were undecided.

Commenters on the poll voiced their reasons about exactly why they want the prince and former Suits star to pack up and leave the U.K.

“They have to live somewhere, and it might as well be a place that is geographically as far away from the UK as possible. Sorry Australia, but you do have far more wide open spaces than here, and they could live in complete privacy,” one person wrote.

Another opined, “They do not have fans in the UK. The Nottingham circus was bought and paid for by the Harkels. They drummed up a rent-a-crowd and paid for the flowers they then handed back… It’s embarrassing. I see so many commenting from their countries that they don’t want them either.”

A third posted, “An apology would not be appraised as being sincere. The pair are perceived as being self-serving and liars. Let’s face it, if you tell more than one version, at least 1 is a lie. Harry has cried wolf too many times. If he was the least bit sorry for his behavior, he would have apologized when the queen was alive. They are not wanted here, probably not welcomed with open arms anywhere else either.”
