Scooter Braun Is ‘Trying Very Hard’ to Marry Sydney Sweeney: Their Zodiac Signs Show They’re Very Different

Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun began dating roughly one year ago after connecting at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s June 2025 wedding. While their relationship has surprised many people, they are reportedly taking it very seriously. Sources claim that Braun hopes to propose to Sweeney. Sweeney and Braun both attended the Bezos-Sánchez wedding in Venice last year. By September, they were stepping out on dates together.

“Scooter and Sydney are going strong and things between them are great,” a source told People in December. “They’re in a committed relationship and things are serious.”

Braun is reportedly thrilled to be in a relationship with Sweeney. 

“He thinks she is the modern Marilyn Monroe,” a source told Page Six.

Though they’ve only been together for roughly a year, he hopes to propose soon.

“He is trying very hard to marry her,” the source said, adding, “He is following her and chartering private planes. He’s going to stay focused on her until she marries him.”

Sweeney was born on September 12, making her a Virgo. Braun, who was born on June 18, is a Gemini. While these signs initially seem quite different, they are both ruled by Mercury. This represents communication and adaptability, which can help them learn to accept their differences.

He reportedly recently pulled strings to land Sweeney a new manager.

“Per five separate sources, Scooter went around [her agent, Jennifer] Millar to set Sweeney up for dinner with CAA’s Kevin Huvane, a meeting that led to her signing with him over rivals that had been clamoring for a similar sit-down,” said a recent report from Puck.
