Just hours after news broke that Tom Sandoval filed for a protective order against his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, footage of an altercation between them surfaced. Police arrested Victoria after Sandoval accused her of punching him. In new footage, Sandoval argues with Robinson and her father, J. Will Robinson. As the disagreement escalates, Sandoval appears to push Will into a lit fire pit.

Tom Sandoval filed for a protective order against Victoria Lee Robinson

Sandoval alleges that on June 3, he got into a physical altercation with Victoria. He claimed that she verbally and physically assaulted him, punching him so hard that it caused his vision to blur. He also accused Will of punching a hole through their bedroom door. Police arrested Victoria on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence. On June 25, Sandoval filed for a restraining order against her.

“[Robinson] and her father continue to reside in our rental home, which I am presently paying for,” he claims in the filing (via People). “Meanwhile, I have been completely displaced from my home. I am bringing this request because I cannot tolerate [Robinson’s] abuse any longer.”

He said that her behavior has led him to feel concerned about his safety.

“My efforts to maintain the peace have been met with further hostile behavior from [Robinson],” he said. “I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle, and belongings.”

Sandoval accused her of verbal and physical abuse throughout their relationship. He also said that she tracked him and changed his social media passwords without his permission.

New footage shows an altercation between Tom Sandoval, Victoria Lee Robinson, and her father

Footage of the June 3 altercation between Sandoval, Victoria, and Will recently came to light. In footage obtained by TMZ, Sandoval and Will shout at each other on a back porch. Sandoval then accuses Victoria of recording him and attempts to physically take her phone from her. Will pulls Sandoval away, and then Sandoval shoves him into a lit fire pit. He then enters the home, and Will chases after him.

“Feeling trapped and violated, I pushed Mr. Robinson away from me in order to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall. Mr. Robinson was the first person to put his hands on me,” Sandoval wrote in his filing. “At no point did I pursue Mr. Robinson.”

Will has contradicted Sandoval’s account of the night.

“The DA did not file the case for a reason,” he told TMZ. “I lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner.”

He alleged that he called the police, not Sandoval, because he feared for his safety.

“This is my daughter’s home and we just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away,” he said.
