Tom Sandoval and his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, were involved in a domestic altercation on June 3. 

On Thursday, People reported that the Vanderpump Rules alum had obtained a restraining order against Robinson on June 25. Sandoval, 43, claimed that Robinson, 33, had punched him in the face and injured his neck and ear during the incident, which led to her arrest. He also accused her “inebriated” father, J. Will Robinson, of punching a hole in a bedroom door. Sandoval said that his girlfriend has abused him throughout their relationship, in addition to spreading lies about him online. He added that his girlfriend and her father were living rent-free in his home, from which he’s been “completely displaced.”

The next day, TMZ shared footage of the incident involving the trio at Sandoval’s home. In the clip, they are hanging out around a fire pit in the Bravo star’s backyard. During a heated conversation, Sandoval confronts Robinson, accusing her of filming him. Robinson’s father attempts to intervene in the heated argument, and Sandoval then shoves him over the lit fire pit. 

Neither Sandoval nor Robinson has commented on the incident.

Sandoval and Robinson began dating in early 2024. Soon after, he gushed about his new romance during an appearance on the Billie & the Kid podcast. 

“This week, my addiction of the week is definitely my friend Victoria that I have been hanging out with. She’s definitely super awesome and she’s one of the sweetest people,” he said (via People). 

Robinson is a model who has appeared on the cover of Maxim Australia. In September 2024, she opened up to the magazine about what she looks for in a guy. 

“I look for a man who is spontaneous and funny!” she said. “Someone who I can also trust and feel safe with.”

At one point, Robinson seemed to hint that Sandoval had cheated on her. In a cryptic post on X in late 2024, she commented that a “tiger never changes its stripes … he loves the best friends, apparently.” She later walked back the cheating allegations, saying in a follow-up post that “Tom did not do anything.”

Sandoval is not the first well-known man Robinson has dated. Back in 2016, she had “a little thing” with Leonardo DiCaprio, she revealed during a 2025 appearance on The Viall Files. 

“Him and I are still really good,” she shared. “Well, we’re not really good friends now. If we see each other in passing, we’re cool. I’m actually closer to Tobey Maguire, [who is] his really good friend.”
