‘90 Day Fiancé’: Thais Ramone Arrested, Fellow TLC Star Calls For Her Deportation
Charges against Thais Ramone from 90 Day Fiancé have been dropped shortly after she was arrested in Nevada on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.
Patrick Mendes files for divorce from Thais Ramone

On May 22, Thais was booked in Clark County on charge of domestic battery, first offense, and later released after posting a $3,000 bond. The arrest came just two days after her husband, Patrick Mendes, filed for divorce. A few days later, the DA dropped the charges against the mom of one, according to Starcasm.
Thais, who is from Brazil, and Patrick have been married for four years. They share a 3-year-old daughter, Aleesi. Patrick is seeking sole legal and physical custody of their child. The couple has not addressed her arrest, but did issue a statement regarding their divorce.
“Out of respect for everyone involved, we believe it’s important not to jump to conclusions or contribute to speculation before all facts are properly clarified,” their representative told TMZ. “Domestic matters can be deeply emotional and complex, and we encourage compassion, privacy, and due process for all parties involved.”
“Our focus right now is simply ensuring that everyone is safe and supported,” the statement continued. “We appreciate the public’s understanding and ask for respect regarding their family and personal privacy during this time.”
On Sunday, Thais took to Instagram to thank her supporters for “so so so much love and support!”
Shekinah Gunen calls for ‘violent’ ‘90 Day’ cast member to be deported
However, not everyone has been supportive of Thais in the wake of her split and arrest. Shekinah Guven popped up in the comments of one of Thais’ Instagram posts, where she took the opportunity to slam the her fellow 90 Day star.
“She’s a violent person, period,” she wrote. “Deport her ass.”
Shekinah’s comment generated plenty of backlash, including from Thais. “No surprise we have a racist in the cast,” she wrote on her Instagram story.
But Shekinah stood by her comments. “Some people … have started calling me anti-immigrant and racist,” she wrote on her own Instagram Story. “That accusation is completely unfair and far from who I am … Every action has a reaction and consequences. You cannot be violent to people in this country and expect no response.”
Both Shekinah and Thais will appear on 90 Day: The Last Resort Season 3, which premieres June 1. The spinoff show features 90 Day couples who have reached relationship breaking points. A teaser for the new season appears shows the two women getting involved in a heated altercation at a pub.
“Go back to your country,” Shekinah tells someone. “You suck.”
