At the Summer House reunion, Amanda Batula spoke about her relationship with West Wilson. A number of people have expressed doubt about the timeline that Batula and Wilson have presented. While Batula said that they were spending platonic time together, a body language expert believes she was being deceptive.

A body language expert said Amanda Batula wasn’t being honest at the ‘Summer House’ reunion

During the reunion, Miller confronted Batula about being at Wilson’s apartment. She said she first grew suspicious of them when she checked Batula’s location and saw she was there. A body language expert said the two women came across very differently at this moment.

“Ciara’s natural, authentic reactions make her seem truthful, while Amanda’s wide-eyed defensiveness and exaggerated gestures make her come across as highly dishonest,” said Inbaal Honigman in collaboration with casino.org.

Batula said that nothing physical was happening during this time. Honigman said her body language tells a different story.

“Amanda insists her hangouts with West were all PG when Andy asked directly if she and West were hooking up. But her body language is uneven, like she’s hiding something,” Honigman said. “She holds one hand up with the palm facing upward, a gesture usually associated with honesty, but uses her other hand to make chopping motions over it, almost cancelling out the sincerity of the gesture.”

West Wilson didn’t defend Amanda Batula at the ‘Summer House’ reunion

Batula was in the hot seat for much of the reunion. Wilson didn’t say much to defend her. Honigman said that Batula didn’t seem to expect anything from him.

“Amanda doesn’t make any moves that show that she might be expecting West to snap out of his stupor,” she said. “Her legs are crossed away from him, as if he isn’t even there, and her body is turned away from him.”

She believes that this sheds light on the relationship between them.

“West has chosen silence, letting Amanda get annihilated all alone like this is awful. The fact that Amanda doesn’t seem to notice or care that he’s leaving her completely unsupported suggests there’s no real bond of trust or shared loyalty between them,” she said. “There’s not even a mutual sense of love or protectiveness. In many ways, they don’t come across as a genuine couple at all.”

Kyle Cooke also called out West Wilson for not defending her

Ahead of the reunion, Batula’s former husband, Kyle Cooke, also called out Wilson for not supporting her.

“He’s all PR and zero intention or integrity,” he wrote on Threads. “The reunion was a brutal beat down and I can’t recall a moment when he had Amanda’s back.”
