Rob Gronkowski got his groove on at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding. 

The former NFL star was one of 1,000 guests at Swift and Kelce’s over-the-top nuptials on July 3 in New York City. The massive event at Madison Square Garden really was a party to remember, the one-time New England Patriot said on the latest episode of Tubi’s The Other Football.

“This wedding man, it was top notch. Hats off to Taylor and Trav. And the dance floor – that’s the one thing – it was poppin’,” Gronkowski told his co-host Jameis Winston in the July 8 episode. 

Winston then asked Gronk if attending the event had him thinking about asking his long-time girlfriend Camille Kostek to be his wife. Gronkowski played coy while joking that he was on the receiving end of that question several times at Taylor and Travis’s wedding. 

“[Weddings] encourage everyone to ask when you’re popping the question right in front of your significant other. So it’s a lot of encouragement,” he said with a smile.

Gronkowski and Winston have been breaking down this year’s FIFA World Cup cames on their free streaming show, and the former has been taking his responsibilities to keep up with the action very seriously. 

“I’m proud of you, bro,” Winston said. “Even though you went to Taylor and Travis’s wedding, you still found a way to tune in to the Argentina-Cape Verde game.”

“I’m glad you feel the emotions of me being a true fan of soccer now,” Gronkowski replied. “Like, it’s no BS. I’m not putting a front on. Like, I’ve never watched a game in my life, but we’re sitting there, it was the most amount of black cars I’ve ever seen going into Madison Square Garden. It was five blocks of black cars in a row.” 

“And I’m like, ‘Heck no. I’m not just sitting here doing nothing,” he continued. “Let’s put that game on the screen. That got me prepared for the wedding. Because that’s one of the best games you could have possibly watched. It got you out of your seat. It got you excited.” 

Episode 7 of The Other Football is available to stream now on Tubi. The series finale will air next Friday, July 17.
