Chelsea (Lowndes) and Jake (Adam Hurtig) are the stars of Renovation Romance, and for a live Christmas special, they’re tasked with renovating a cozy New Hampshire cabin alongside a new duo, Cooper (Lissing) and Janice (Samantha Kendrick). Unfortunately, behind the scenes, Chelsea and Jake’s relationship is on the rocks. As the project progresses, Chelsea realizes she and Jake have different priorities in life. They must decide if their relationship can be salvaged or if it’s time for a fresh start.

When a corporate developer plans to tear it down, she risks losing her treasured legacy. Meanwhile, after a chance meeting, she feels a spark with Grayson (Stephen Huszar), a talented yet unfulfilled architect. But their bond is tested when Olivia discovers his firm is behind the buyout. She rallies the community to save the market while her romance with Grayson blossoms. Together, they must find a way to merge their dreams and save the market.

There, she meets Trey Sanderson (Marcus Rosner), the lodge’s devoted co-owner who is doing everything he can to preserve it, including keeping the lodge’s beloved holiday traditions alive.
