Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Love Triangle Takes Another Legal Turn
Kyle Mowitz may have moved on with Kim Zolciak, but he isn’t ready to let his ex-wife introduce a new man into their lives. After news that Kroy Biermann was romancing Mowitz’s ex, Jillian Green, he hightailed it to the courthouse looking to keep Biermann away from his kids. Here is what is going on.
Kyle Mowitz wants Kroy Biermann to stay away from his kids
Kyle Mowitz might not mind if Kroy Biermann romances his estranged wife, but he wants to keep him away from the kids he shares with her. Shortly after news of Biermann and Green’s romance went public, Mowitz took it to court to accuse Green of lying under oath. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Mowitz claims he has been told that Biermann has been spending time at the marital home he once shared with Green, and that their children were present at the time.
Mowitz wants that to stop. In his filing, Mowitz cited concerns over what he described as Biermann’s “unpredictable behavior” and an alleged history of mental and physical abuse involving both adults and children as the reason to keep him away. He’s asking the court to bar Biermann from the home entirely and prohibit contact with the kids. He also asked that security cameras be installed in the home.
Green has reportedly responded, arguing Mowitz has not shown evidence that Biermann poses a risk to the children. She noted that Biermann was granted primary custody of his own children during his contentious split from Zolciak, and there is no reason to bar him from the property. The judge has not yet issued a ruling. It is unclear how old the children involved in the drama are.
There is more serious drama playing out elsewhere in the family
As we previously reported, Kim Zolciak began dating Kyle Mowitz months after his split from his wife, Jillian Green. Kim was then pulled into their divorce drama when Green began questioning the money Mowitz was spending on his new romance. Since then, Green has moved on, too, but she has opted to do so, shockingly, with Kim’s own estranged spouse, Kroy Biermann. While Biermann and Green were spotted hanging out several times this summer, Biermann denied that things had turned romantic until photographers captured them kissing in Georgia earlier this month.
Biermann’s new romance seemed to set Zolciak off. She couldn’t help but take a swipe at her ex and her boyfriend’s ex when photographers caught up with her shortly after the photos went viral. That’s all she’s said on the topic since. Since then, Biermann and Zolciak have been focused on something a bit more pressing than their respective romances, no matter how intertwined they may be. The pair’s son, Kroy Biermann Jr., was arrested on allegations of sexual assault this month. The 15-year-old is being held at a youth detention center without bail, according to Page Six. Biermann Jr. is expected in court on September 1.
