This arrangement enables him to stay close to family while raising his daughter, Dream. Dream splits her time between Rob and her mother, Blac Chyna, making this arrangement ideal for co-parenting.
Rob’s former Hidden Hills home, originally owned by Kris Jenner, was a Mediterranean-style estate featuring signature elements like a black-and-white checkered foyer, a grand spiral staircase, and expansive living spaces, according to The U.S. Sun. While he sold the mansion, it remains a reminder of Rob’s earlier, more public life.
In November 2025, North Hillcrest’s Instagram reported that Kris made a huge real estate move. The famous matriarch reportedly purchased a $21.6 million mansion in Hidden Hills for Rob. According to the report, Kris bought a 4,200-square-foot estate under a Kardashian-linked entity last year, and the home is directly across from Kylie Jenner’s residence. The home reportedly boasts a 10-car garage, a glam room, a gym, a lounge, an elevator, a panic room, and an infinity pool that overlooks the hills.

Fans aren’t holding back when it comes to Rob Kardashian’s fluctuating living situation and reported new home bought by Kris Jenner. Several Kardashian followers on Reddit are perplexed by Rob needing a home of his own, considering how much space his family members have for him and his daughter, Dream.
“I don’t understand why Rob doesn’t just live in Kris or Khloé’s house?” one fan on Reddit commented on a post about the house Kris bought him. “There are at least 10 available bedrooms for him and Dream.”
“They all buy these massive houses just to live around the corner from each other …,” another fan wrote. “Rob would probably do better in a townhome.”

Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are neighbors in Hidden Hills. More recently, Khloé shed light on Rob Kardashian’s living situation while speaking on her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land. While she didn’t mention Kris Jenner buying Rob his own mansion, she did say that he lives “right next door” to her, which tracks with the report.
“I call him the Wizard, from The Wizard of Oz, cause he likes to be behind the curtain,” Khloé said during an April 2025 episode, according to People. “We all live in the same gated area, so he lives right next door to me.”
Khloé shed light on her close relationship with Rob while speaking to Bustle in December 2024. She explained how she “identifies” with Rob the most.
