Ice Spice is making headlines again, but this time, trolls have a new target: her tattoos. The rapper faced criticism after showing off fresh ink on the backs of her upper thighs, with many calling the tattoos “garbage.”

The rapper, whose real name is Isis Gaston, recently gave fans a glimpse of her new tattoos in a revealing video. She chose the uppermost part of both her thighs to get the tattoos. On one, the text read “sinner”; the other one spelled “saint.”

Spice gave a closer look at the tattoos while donning black-and-white striped boyshorts and a matching cropped T-shirt. She captioned the video, “For the love of the game,” and added her track Out My Face (My Baby) in the background.

The 26-year-old’s fans soon shared their unfiltered thoughts about her latest ink. Some of them found the tattoos to be stunning as they praised Spice for her bold choice. Several others pointed out that they could not read the tattoos due to their font. “I’m sorry, but what does that say ??” asked an Instagram user.

The tattoos appeared to displease many, with a critic writing, “Them tattoos is garbage.” Another Instagram user called it a “nasty tattoo placement.” “Can’t even read it, but I know it’s important,” a third user joked.

Besides the tattoo, some fans were elated to see that Spice had put on some weight. Her critics previously accused her of using Ozempic to lose tens of pounds in 2024. The rapper sternly dismissed the allegations and admitted that she lost weight due to depression. Taking to X, she replied to a critic and wrote, “Na it was depression I’m better now tho.”

She clapped back at trolls who constantly claimed she used GLP-1 to shed weight. In an X post, Spice shared how she wished people never learned about Ozempic. “That’s one thing I wish. Oh my God, like, what even is Ozempic? What the f— is that? Genuinely, what is that?” she asked.

The Barbie World crooner then asked trolls if they ever “heard of a gym.” Spice appeared to be agitated with the allegations as she reminded people how it would be easier for her to not lose weight. “It’s called the gym. eating healthy. It’s called being on tour. Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting home all day, it would be easier to stay big,” the rapper asserted.

It was not the first time Spice pulled off a bold move. She got her tongue pierced and added a chunky diamond stud to it in July. According to Page Six, the rapper’s fans were divided over her choice of new jewel

A jeweler named Benny made the piece of jewelry for Spice. Benny shared a glimpse of the rapper wearing the statement piece and shared its details. He wrote, “Biggest tongue ring in the world made for @icespice 50 k in the tongue! @icespice flawless diamond made with 18 k gold!”

Several fans accused Spice of having too much money to spend on such a piercing. An Instagram user joked, “This gonna scrape the top of her mouth up.” “Y’all like any damn thing. She just found a way to get her name circulating a lil longer,” wrote another critic.
