Riley Burruss is setting the record straight. 

On Sunday, the Next Gen NYC star was a guest on Kandi Burruss’ Speak On It podcast. She spoke about negative feedback she received from fans, which she said only bothered her when they were saying things that weren’t true.

“I get a lot of comments now about, like, ‘Oh, she must be bleaching her skin’ and all that,” Riley said. “I’m like, I actually don’t. I’ve never done that. I’m on a flight all the time trying to get the sun.”

However, Riley, 24, isn’t entirely opposed to altering her appearance. She did confirm that she got a nose job.

“I did do that,” she said. 

Riley’s mom quickly jumped in to defend her daughter. 

“The thing that annoys me about that situation is that everybody, it’s like a million people have done their nose, and it just seems like they keep bringing yours up,” The Real Housewives of Atlanta star said. 

“It’s my body. If I want to go get 15 nose jobs, then I’ll do whatever I want,” Riley continued. “I just feel like we should stop judging people. If you don’t like something, do what you want about it. If you don’t want to do anything, don’t do it. But I just feel like people think they have so much governance over other people, you know?”

As for why Riley decided to go under the knife? She said that while she already felt “beautiful” and had not received any negative feedback about her nose, she did want to enhance her appearance a bit. 

“I actually had never heard anything about my nose before I did it. It just felt like my nose was a little too big for my face,” she said. “It was just something that irritated me, and I think I was a little tired of having to contour my nose so much all the time. I was like, you know what? Let’s nip this in the bud real quick.”
