Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun have offered glimpses of how smitten they are with each other. Although they have largely kept their relationship private, they have shared occasional glimpses of their life together with fans. However, as Sweeney was recently seen kissing a man in New York City, he was certainly not her boyfriend of more than a year.

According to HELLO!, many spotted Sweeney kissing Stephen Kalyn in public while filming a scene for their upcoming movie The Housemaid’s Secret. The on-screen pair was seen walking hand-in-hand in their loved-up scene. 

The Euphoria star appeared to wear a plaid shirt and jacket over a maroon tank top. She paired the layers with jeans and casual shoes. The actress also let her blonde curly locks down. On the other hand, Kalyn opted for a rather formal look, donning a dark green suit.

Sweeney is reprising her role as Millie Calloway in the sequel to her 2025 film The Housemaid. The first movie in the trilogy earned $400 million. The sequel will follow Millie taking a job of “keeping house for a woman she’s never allowed to see – only to discover the truth behind the locked door that threatens to expose secrets far darker than her own.” 

Besides Sweeney and Kalyn, the movie also stars Kirsten Dunst, Brittany Snow, and Paul Anthony Kelly. It is scheduled to be released in December 2027.

Meanwhile, Sweeney and Braun appear to be as close as ever. The couple reportedly began casually dating at first. However, they soon grew closer and more serious with each other. They went Instagram official earlier this year. In September, the former talent manager wrote a loved-up note for the Christy actress. 

He shared a clip of him and Sweeney dancing outdoors and wished her a happy birthday in the caption. He called the 29-year-old the person who surprised him and showed him “how life with true partnership can be lived.” “You make me smile harder, laugh louder, adventure more, and dream bigger. You’ve made the ordinary feel exciting, and the future feel like something I can’t wait to get to,” Braun added. 

He further expressed his love for Sweeney and the bond that they share. “There are a million things I could say, but the ones that matter most are just for you,” he noted. Concluding the note, he hoped for many such celebrations with Sweeney.

Sweeney and Braun’s relationship is often subject to criticism, but they remain unfazed by it. According to People, an insider claimed that the negative stories do not bother them. Instead, the 45-year-old finds such headlines “comical.” 

“Sydney and Scooter are totally confident and comfortable in their relationship, and there are no trust issues going on. Things between them are stronger than ever, and they’re in a great place,” the source added. Besides the couple, their inner circle also finds negative headlines about them to be funny. The insider claimed that the two are in a great place in their relationship. 

They believe that Sweeney has finally found a man who is unbothered by such headlines. The actress’s friends are also happy to see her with Braun as she allegedly seems “genuinely happy.”
