Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift picked a venue that basically ensured not a single photo that they didn’t want taken would be taken. While photographers managed plenty of photos of guests arriving to the event, a single shot of Taylor and Travis has yet to be leaked; at the very least, no real photos have been leaked yet. There have been plenty of AI-generated images that have gone viral since the July 3 nuptials, but there is a very easy way to spot the fakes. All you have to do is look at Travis Kelce’s suit.

Fake photos of Travis and Taylor’s wedding are circulating

Dozens of shots of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift at their wedding have begun to circulate. They’ve made their way to social media. Reddit users are busy debating whether the couple’s expressions in these photos hint at trouble, and fans are theorizing that someone must have snuck a photo or two.

Speculation and discourse iaarere expected when A-listers tie the knot, but there is one problem with all the debate. It is all based on fake photos. As of publishing, no legitimate photos of the pair in their wedding attire have surfaced. Friends haven’t shared photos of the happy couple on social media, and the only snapshots of the event fans have are paparazzi shots of guests arriving. None of them contain images of Travis or Taylor.

There Is an Easy Way to Spot the Fakes, Though

While dozens of deepfakes are circulating social media, there is an easy way to spot the fakes. According to Forbes, which cited an on-the-ground source, Travis Kelce was dressed in a white tuxedo for the ceremony. Details on Taylor’s wedding attire are harder to come by. What we do know is that both looks were designed by Dior creative director Jonathan Anderson.

That detail matters because nearly every viral “leaked” photo circulating online shows Kelce in a classic black tuxedo. One image that spread widely on July 3 and 4 depicted a woman resembling Swift in a white gown holding a champagne glass beside a man resembling Kelce in a black tux, standing at a candlelit reception. Fact-checkers quickly identified the image as AI-generated, and Community Notes flagged it as fake. The mismatch in suit color is one of the clearest tells that an image is a fake.

While actual photos of the happy couple are likely to be shared at some point, it’s best if fans wait on Taylor and Travis to release images in their own way, instead of circulating faked photos. The event wrapped up in the early morning hours of July 4, with crews spending much of the holiday clearing the staging areas. MSG is back to its former glory, and the newlyweds’ current location remains unclear.
