Travis and Taylor’s Very Star-Studded Wedding Guest List
It’s official: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are married. Madison Square Garden made it official with a congratulatory digital banner after Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift tied the knot. The confirmation tickled fans who have kept their eyes on the famed arena for the last several days, but it wasn’t really needed. While the pair tried to keep things quiet, you can only keep the convergence of so many celebrities quiet for so long. The guest list for the nuptials of the century read like a who’s who of the entertainment world; Travis and Taylor invited everyone.
Travis and Taylor’s Guest List included plenty of Hollywood Greats
Black SUVs began lining up outside the arena’s drive-through tent shortly after 3 p.m., ferrying guests past barricades and a crowd of fans who’d waited for hours in the summer heat. Hugh Grant was among the first recognizable faces, arriving in a tuxedo alongside wife Anna Elisabet Eberstein, who wore a red and black dress. Swift famously shared a funny story involving Travis and Hugh Grant during a post-engagement interview. Ethan Hawke and his wife, Ryan, also showed up early in the evening.
Dakota Johnson, Julianne Moore, Mariska Hargitay, and Eric Stonestreet were also spotted heading in. Hargitay was spotted with Taylor Swift at Madison Square Garden during the Knicks’ successful championship run. Bradley Cooper arrived with girlfriend Gigi Hadid. Hadid is one of Taylor’s closest friends.
Adam Sandler was one of the frist to arrive, thanks to his special job. Hollywood’s famed funny man officiated the wedding. Sandler has one of Hollywood’s sweetest and most enduring romances.
Swift’s famous friends showed support
Members of Swift’s famously tight-knit friend group were well represented throughout the weekend. Selena Gomez, Jack Antonoff, and his sister Rachel Antonoff, Lena Dunham, and Swift’s childhood friend Abigail Anderson Berard were all spotted at Thursday’s rehearsal dinner before returning for Friday’s main event. The Haim sisters were also seen arriving at the arena.
Swift’s musician friends were also heavily represented. Benson Boone, Gwen Stefani, Miranda Lambert, MGK and Paul McCartney all scored invites. Ed Sheeran and his wife, Cherry, were unsurprisingly in attendance, as were Brad Paisley, Kimberly Williams-Paisley and Ellie Goulding.
Travis Kelce’s NFL friends turned up, too
Taylor’s pals weren’t the only ones represented on the expansive guest list. A heavy NFL presence converged on Madison Square Garden, too. Commissioner Roger Goodell, whose main residence is just outside of New York City, was confirmed in attendance by a law enforcement source.
Cooper Kupp, George Kittle and Kareem Hunt were spotted in New York City in the days leading up to the event. Andy Reid was confirmed as a guest weeks ago, when news of his custom suit hit social media. Various Chiefs players were spotted at a nearby New York City hotel in the days ahead of the wedding. It is assumed they were all in attendance, too.
The bride and groom also invited various family and friends who have no direct tie to the entertainment world. Travis and Taylor have attended weddings of cousins and close family since they first linked up, and it appears those family members have returned the favor.
The party is permitted to continue until 4 a.m. on July 4, suggesting the famed couple is planning to absolutely let loose.
