Andrews was born in Lewiston, Maine, on May 4, 1978, to Emmy award-winning journalist Steven Andrews and his wife, Paula.

Her family moved a few times when she was a child for her father’s investigative reporting job. Andrews attended Bloomingdale High School in Valrico, Florida. After graduating in 1996, she went to the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications.

Andrews worked for Fox Sports Florida before moving to the Turner South channel in Atlanta. She joined ESPN in 2004. In 2012, it was announced that she was leaving the network for Fox Sports.

The workout app that is her ‘lifeline’ on the road

When she’s on the road Andrews uses the Peloton app.

“I have to stay active because it’s really the only thing that helps me mentally and physically,” she told Shape Magazine. “I love the Peloton, I really do. I have a [Peloton] bike at home, but also, their app for me is so useful on the road.

“They have all these running or walking programs, and strength programs that I use… I would do their running app outside cause it’s great music. Even if you don’t have weights at your hotel gym or in your room, [the Peloton app has] bodyweight, Pilates, and barre classes… that app is really my lifeline on the road. I have to get some sort of physical activity in or I go bananas.”

Andrews added that the pandemic taught her to make time for herself saying: “I’m either going to meditate, I’m going to work out… Maybe take a couple of minutes to do a yoga class. So, you just have to be really conscientious and smart and tell your family, your people, whomever, ‘I need a minute.’ Cause if you don’t get that minute, you’re going to go insane.”

Who Is Troy Aikman’s Wife, Capa Mooty?

Andrews began dating former NHL player Jarret Stoll in 2012. The couple tied the knot on June 24, 2017, during an intimate ceremony in Montana. Andrews and the two-time Stanley Cup Champion do not have any children together currently. Andrews has been open about her fertility issues over the years.

On Aug. 25, 2021, the TV personality wrote an essay in Bulletin that read: “I have to admit, as much as I’m trying to enjoy the last few weeks before the NFL season kicks off, it has been a bit challenging for me. On top of being on a special assignment last week where I was sometimes working up to 14 hours a day, I also had to set aside time for IVF treatment. For those familiar, you know it’s a time-consuming and emotionally draining process. This is my 7th one, and I’ve been going through these treatments since I was 35 years old. I’m now 43, so my body is kind of stacked against me.”

She concluded the essay by saying: “Now that it’s my seventh time, something just hit me. Why am I keeping this such a secret when this is just a part of our lives? Instead of feeling ashamed, we need to give ourselves more love. It freaking sucks because it can seem like it’s such a lonely thing. There are so many of us going through this though, and it’s just not talked about… I’d love to help change the conversation here so people feel they can be more open.”
