Ryan Edwards’ second marriage to Amanda Conner is turning out to be even more chaotic than his first. Since Amanda’s arrest back in May, the couple has seemingly been at odds, and they haven’t shied away from letting that drama spill onto social media. Most recently, Amanda accused her husband of about a year of cheating on her, then took it all back the very next day. Here’s a look at what happened.
Amanda shocked social media when she accused Ryan of cheating
Amanda Conner is no stranger to social media, but a tearful update on October 25 still took fans by surprise. In an emotional video shared to Facebook, Amanda claimed Ryan had been unfaithful “the whole time” they had been together. She said she had caught him cheating again, insisting it wasn’t the first time and that it had “happened a few times before,” and those were only the times she found out about.
Amanda said she was deeply hurt, pointing out that she works seven days a week to provide for her family. She also issued a warning to other women about men who seem great at the start of a relationship. She later deleted the video from TikTok, though it stayed up on Facebook for a time. The video came days after a Reddit user posted a screenshot of a dating profile featuring Ryan’s photo. The profile used a different name. It’s unclear whether that post had anything to do with Amanda’s tearful update.
She took it all back the next day
Whatever was going on between Amanda and Ryan on October 25 was seemingly resolved by the next day. On Monday, October 26, Amanda changed her story. In a new video posted to TikTok, she apologized for going online with her accusations, calling it “something I should not have done.”
“I was hurt. I flipped out. I’m sorry,” she said. She went on to retract all of her accusations, insisting Ryan had not cheated physically or emotionally during their marriage. She claimed it was all a misunderstanding and that “someone” had been giving out Ryan’s number and posting it on an escort website.
Amanda didn’t say who she believes is behind it, but she hinted heavily: “Take a wild guess who it is.” Followers weren’t particularly interested in guessing, and several questioned why she would believe such a wild story.
Ryan and Amanda have had issues in the past
This isn’t the first time Ryan and Amanda’s relationship has played out in public, or the first time she has made accusations against him online only to take them back later.
The two met while they were both in rehab in 2023 and later married. Their marriage has hit several bumps this year. In May, Ryan called 911 and claimed Amanda was driving under the influence of drugs with their daughter in the car, and she was arrested. Days later, Amanda called 911 on Ryan, alleging abuse and saying they were getting divorced. She later publicly denied both claims.
