Brooklyn Beckham’s New DoorDash Ad Slammed as ‘Loser Behavior’
Brooklyn Beckham recently appeared in a DoorDash ad. In it, he sits on his couch and discusses watching the FIFA World Cup from home, seemingly referencing his drama with his family. This has not gone over well with people.
Brooklyn Beckham referenced his family drama in a DoorDash ad
In a new DoorDash ad, Beckham sits on his couch in a sweatshirt and jeans.
“You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home,” he said, smiling. “It’s a long story.”
Text on the screen then reads, “It’s complicated. More Soon.”
This appears to be a nod to the drama with his family. Brooklyn publicly cut off his parents through a post on Instagram. He accused them of trying to sabotage his relationship with Nicola Peltz and said he wanted nothing to do with them moving forward.
Brooklyn Beckham’s DoorDash ad was slammed by viewers
Brooklyn’s nod to his family drama is not impressing people. Many people found it bizarre that he was making light of the situation in an advertisement.
“I have no idea who has the moral high ground in this conflict, but super weird to make a jokey commercial about what are seemingly family-destroying issues lol,” one Reddit user wrote.
People also noted that he criticized his parents for their desire for publicity. In his post, he said he wanted privacy. Now, though, people think he is trying to capitalize off of his family name and reputation.
“So, let me get this straight. He rejected his family because they like media attention and is now using the drama he created off the back of that to get his own?” asked one person. “Get a job, my dude.”
Another person simply described it as “Loser behavior.” Others noted that the drama didn’t seem high profile enough to carry an advertisement.
“Does anyone recognize him when they see him?” someone asked. “Would anyone actually wonder why he would be at home watching the games? There are a lot of assumptions being made in this ad.”
He issued a statement after his sister visited his house
Brooklyn’s 14-year-old sister, Harper, recently visited his Los Angeles home. In photos, she was holding a letter, possibly trying to bridge the gap between the family members. He was in New York at the time, though. A representative for Brooklyn issued a statement about her visit.
“That photographers were in place as the letter was hand delivered says it all – this was choreographed for the cameras,” they told HELLO!.
At this point, it does not seem that there is a high chance of reconciliation for the Beckham family.
