Catie and Josh Are ’90 Day Fiancé’ Season 12’s Most Chaotic Couple — Are They Still Together?
Every season of 90 Day Fiancé brings its own flavor of drama. In season 12 – which premiered in May 2026 – there’s an older American woman whose Egyptian fiancé seems more interested in fame than love, a TLC alum who’s trying to make things work with a guy she met on vacation, and a Southern girl trying to help her Turkish boyfriend adapt to life in America. But no pair this season is messier than Catie and Josh.
Catie and Josh share their story in 90 Day Fiancé’ Season 12
At first glance, Catie, a 26-year-old from Portland, Oregon, and Josh, a 30-year-old from the U.K., look like they’d be one of 90 Day’s more stable couples. The pair are close in age, don’t have kids from previous relationships or meddling family members, and aren’t navigating major religious or cultural differences. But that doesn’t mean their romance hasn’t been a whirlwind.
The free-spirited and bluntly honest Catie is open about living with OCD, which she says causes intrusive thoughts that make her want to make out with strangers when drunk. Josh – who she met while on a boozy date with one of his friends – is sympathetic to her condition. But this levelheaded Englishman has also told her that he can’t see them getting married if she keeps trying to swap saliva with strangers.
Josh has compared his bride-to-be to “a Tasmanian devil in the flesh” and sometimes struggles to keep up with the chaos that follows her. And since he’s arrived in the U.S., he’s become increasingly concerned about her behavior. In a recent episode, she threw him a “Welcome to America” party, and then admitted that she’d hooked up with several of the male guests. She also confessed to making out with most single male members of her run club. Some of those incidents happened after she started dating Josh. While Josh has continued to stick with Catie, he’s also openly wondered if her toxic make-out habit is less about more OCD and more a symptom of a drinking problem.
Are Catie and Josh still together?
Will Josh forgive Catie for her repeated indiscretions? Or will he eventually skedaddle back to Cambridge? Viewers will have to wait to find out, but all signs on both of their public social media profiles point to them still being together.
In late May, Josh posted videos on Instagram from the Portland Rose Garden and the Oregon Zoo, indicating he was still in Catie’s hometown. And he recently shared a video discussing the “hostile [and] bureaucratic” immigration system in the U.S. Updates from fall 2025 show him and Catie traveling in Germany and Spain.
Meanwhile, Catie recently shared a video of Josh proposing. And on May 20, she tagged him in an Instagram post featuring photos from his Welcome to America party. He also popped up in photos from her March 2026 trip to Turkey. For now, it seems that this messy couple has found a way to make their relationship work.
