Following Taylor Swift‘s bachelorette party at her Rhode Island estate in Westerly, people cannot stop buzzing about her wedding to Travis Kelce as the day draws near.

The pre-wedding weekend festivities at the pop star’s famous seaside residence were attended by several of her friends as paparazzi captured a woman who appeared to be the singer’s close pal, Abigail Anderson Berard, standing on the balcony of the home holding a young child. Abigail welcomed a son in August 2024. There was also elevated security around the compound, and a spectacular waterfront fireworks display that lit up the night sky.

It’s been reported that Swift and Kelce are getting married at Madison Square Garden on July 3. However, some believe that date and location were leaked just to throw people off from the real date and place. Of course, Swift’s Westerly mansion could certainly serve as the wedding venue.

Here’s more about the property and a look inside.

Swift’s historic seaside residence is located at 16 Bluff Avenue in the affluent coastal village of Watch Hill. The “Opalite” singer purchased the home back in 2013 for $17.75 million in a reported all-cash deal and since then, has hosted many parties and gatherings over the years.

“I got the house when I was in my early twenties as a place for my family to congregate and be together,” Swift told Entertainment Weekly in 2020.

The sprawling Colonial-style mansion was built in the early 1900s and sits atop the highest point in Watch Hill. It spans 11,000 square feet and sits on five acres with more than 700 feet of beachfront. It boasts eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms.

Some of the home’s amenities include multiple fireplaces throughout, an indoor bar, a massive outdoor patio, a pool, manicured lawns, and ocean-view terraces and sun decks.

The house also features high ceilings, oak hardwood floors, a sleek kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, and white crown molding. Some of the walls are adorned with vintage sconces, emitting a dim, yellow light into the space.

The home is locally known as “Harkness House” after one of its famous pre-Swift residents: lavish-living oil heiress Rebekah Harkness. The mansion is also nicknamed “Holiday House” and has become a place where Swift retreats with friends when she wants time away from the spotlight in LA and New York.

In April 2024, an insider shared with US Weekly that she did just that, saying, “Taylor has been on tour and working nonstop, and she loves the Rhode Island house and wanted to spend some time there while the weather is still good, and she can enjoy it. It has felt wonderful to be grounded back home again. It’s been grounding to see friends and family and spend quality time with everyone, chat, and get downloaded on everyone’s worlds because she has been so busy and disconnected.”

The estate was the subject of Swift’s 2020 track “The Last Great American Dynasty.” Now, will it serve as the spot for her wedding? Stay tuned.
