PK Kemsley’s battle with his estranged wife Dorit Kemsley continues. 

Dorit is asking PK to fork over a jaw-dropping $40,000+ per month in combined child and spousal support, TMZ reports, as well as nearly $350,000 in retroactive support payments. PK says that figure is ridiculous. He’s countered with a far more modest sum, offering to pay just $581 in child support for their two children, even though he says she earns more than he does.

In his latest legal filing, PK also claimed that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is using their kids as a bargaining chip in their bitter divorce. He also says she has repeatedly denied him access to the kids, including on Father’s Day, even as she travels around the world and leaves their children in the care of nannies or relatives. PK alleges that Dorit has failed to offer him the chance to care for their son and daughter when she is out of town.

The argument over financial support is just the latest money-related conflict in Dorit and PK’s bitter split. He has accused his ex of lavish, out-of-control spending on clothing and other luxury items. She’s countered by arguing that she needs to spend big in order to look the part on RHOBH, and that many of the items she purchases are ultimately returned unworn. For her part, Dorit has claimed that PK is actually the wild spender in the family. She claims that her ex has spent $360,000 on travel, $55,000 on clothing, $75,000 on dining out, $160,000 in Venmo and Zelle payments, and $103,000 in cash withdrawals just in the last few months.She also says he’s failed to pay the mortgage on the family home, putting her and the kids at risk of eviction.

The house has been a sticking point in the couple’s divorce. But in late August, a judge ordered that their $7 million Encino, California, home be put up for sale. Dorit must be out of the house by November, according to reports. Zach Goldsmith from Buying Beverly Hills is handling the sale. 

In past interview, Dorit has said that PK is refusing to have a peaceful co-parenting relationship with her. 

“We’ve been separated for almost two years. The majority of the time, he has refused to have any kind of relationship. It’s very difficult to co-parent when you have that happening. And it feels like I’ve spent the majority of the time trying to nurture a friendship, any kind of relationship, respectful and peaceful,” she told Extra in May 2026. “But for whatever reason, he found that difficult, and now I’m starting to see some signs, occasionally, that he may want that. But I’m hesitant because I get one foot in and then shockingly blindsided by pulling out.”
