‘RHOBH’ Star Dorit Kemsley Denies Plastic Surgery Rumors: ‘No Nose Job. No Facelift’
Dorit Kemsley is setting the record straight about those persistent plastic surgery rumors.
In her new memoir, Unburdened, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star firmly denies going under the knife.

“One of the longest-running storylines about me has nothing to do with friendships or feuds. It’s about plastic surgery,” Dorit wrote in the book, which hit shelves on June 2. “Apparently, depending on the week, I’ve had everything from a nose job to cheek implants to a chin implant to a full facial reconstruction. I’ve even heard ‘face transplant.’ Creative.”
Dorit – who’s appeared on RHOBH since 2016 – understands that chatter about her appearance comes with being a Bravo star. But she’s baffled that people she’s never met speak with unearned confidence on what medical procedures she’s supposedly had done.
“Some people speak about my alleged surgeries with such authority I half expect them to send me my own post-op instructions,” she wrote.
Dorit then goes on to clarify that her face is entirely her own (though she says she has had fillers, Botox, and veneers).
“For the record: no nose job. No facelift. No chin implant. No cheek implants. No reconstructive anything,” she said.
However, Kemsley isn’t totally natural. She admits that she’s “been very open about having my breasts done.”
“I never hid that,” she says. “So I always found it odd that people assume I would admit to one surgery and lie about another. What would be the difference?”
While Dorit is adamant that she doesn’t have a plastic surgeon on speed dial, she’s not opposed to getting work done in the future.
“I’m not dogmatic about it,” she writes. “I’m sure I’ll wake up one day and say, ‘OK—it’s time.’ And if that day comes and you ask me, I won’t pretend otherwise. Until then, I’m perfectly content aging into my own features.”

Both RHOBH fans and other Bravo stars have speculated about Dorit’s changing appearance over the years. In 2021, former friend of the cast Eden Sassoon shared a photo of Dorit on social media. She then warned women not to “overdo it,” adding that Dorit had turned herself into “a completely different character.”
Eden wasn’t the only person piling on. In 2024, Lisa Vanderpump jokingly replied to a question about whether she regretted a moment in a 2018 episode when she deliberately cropped Dorit out of a photo.
“No, she actually had a head transplant, because her face doesn’t look anything like it did when she started [the show],” a laughing Vanderpump told Andy Cohen during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live. “So I thought, ‘I’ll cut it off, because I don’t know what this head is gonna look like.’”
