Snooki’s Spooky New Reality Show Gets U.S. Premiere Date

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is putting on her ghost-hunting hat. 

The Jersey Shore star’s new show, Snooki: The Paranormal Rookie, has landed a U.S. premiere date. The eight-episode series debuts Friday, November 13 on All Reality. New episodes stream weekly on Fridays. 

Snooki: The Paranormal Rookie follows Polizzi as she explores haunted locations across North America. Snookie, who is a true believer in the supernatural, teams up with psychic medium Kevin Whitaker to investigate strange occurrences and chilling mysteries. Along for the ride are occult expert and historian Missy Morrow, who brings deep knowledge of haunted lore and ritual practices that helps guide the team through each location’s dark past, as well as tech specialist Todd Thomas, who brings cutting-edge paranormal equipment and investigative techniques into the field. 

“I’ve always been interested in the paranormal,” Snooki says in a trailer for the show. “Ever since I was little, I would feel things. And I just knew things that I guess normal people do not feel.”

“This it the first time that I’m ghost hunting,” she adds. I’m so excited … The whole reason for me doing this is to really test my abilities and see if they’re real, see if they work. 

Snooki and the team’s investigations take them to a range of allegedly haunted places around Ontario, Canada, including Tuckett Mansion, Fulford Place, Huron Historic Gaol , a heritage village in Peterborough, Old Fort Erie, the Niagara Parks Power Station, and Loretto Academy, a historic 19th-century convent and school in Niagara Falls. 

Snooki: The Paranormal Rookie delivers “big personalities, addictive stories and a stranger-than-fiction twist,” said Courtney Thomasma, EVP of Linear and Streaming at AMC Global Media. “Who better to take us into the unknown this Friday the 13th than Snooki?”

Snooki: The Paranormal Rookie is a Crave Original that debut earlier this month on the Canadian streaming service.
