Tom Sandoval Granted 1-Year Restraining Order Against Ex Victoria Lee Robinson
Tom Sandoval’s ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson has been ordered to keep her distance from the Vanderpump Rules alum.
On October 1, a judge in Los Angeles granted Sandoval’s request for a restraining order, according to court documents obtained by Page Six. The order will remain in place for the next 12 months. He was granted a temporary restraining order in June following a fight he and Robinson had at his LA home.
Tom Sandoval’s ex must move out of his home and avoid all contact with him
Robinson – a model who began dating Sandoval in 2024, after his split from Ariana Madix – must move out of her ex’s California home immediately. She must also stay at least 100 yards away from the Bravo star and is not permitted to contact him either directly or indirectly, including via phone, mail, email, or other electronic communication. Robinson is also banned from possessing firearms or ammunition. And if she and Sandoval find themselves at the same event, she must leave, even if she arrived first. If she refuses to go, Sandoval is allowed to call the police.
The restraining order comes roughly four months after Robinson was arrested following an altercation at Sandoval’s home. The incident began after a night of drinking. When Sandoval discovered that Robinson was recording him, things got heated. He says that she punched him in the face. Robinson’s father, Will Robinson, was also present, and allegedly punched a large hole in the door of a spare bedroom where Sandoval had retreated during the fight.
The Robinsons have claimed that Sandoval was the aggressor during the argument.
‘Vanderpump Rules’ alum says ex-girlfriend threatened to ‘destroy’ his life
Sandoval has said in other court filings that the June 3 incident was not the first time his former girlfriend turned violent and aggressive. The Special Forces alum also said that Robinson threatened to go after him in public if he dumped her.
“She repeatedly told me and others that she would destroy my life and ‘get the Ariana treatment,’” he said (via People), referring to the various opportunities that Madix took advantage of after her and Sandoval’s high-profile breakup following his affair with a Vanderpump Rules co-star.
In her own request for a temporary restraining order after the June 3 incident, which was not granted, Robinson said that Sandoval had abused her during their relationship.
“I am fearful of my own wellbeing and the wellbeing of my father, who has also been the victim of [Sandoval’s] verbal and physical abuse, resulting in injuries requiring medical intervention to address,” she said.
