Victoria Robinson’s Father Claims Tom Sandoval Became Physical 5 Times Before Fire Pit Incident
Recently, footage surfaced of an altercation between Tom Sandoval, Victoria Robinson, and her father. After Sandoval sought a restraining order against Victoria, her father, Will Robinson, filed one against Sandoval. He accused Sandoval of getting violent with Victoria. Will alleged that this was not the first time this happened.
Tom Sandoval appeared to push Victoria Robinson’s father into a fire pit
On June 3, Sandoval claimed Victoria, his girlfriend of over two years, verbally and physically assaulted him. He also accused Will of lunging at him and punching a hole through his door.
“My efforts to maintain the peace have been met with further hostile behavior from [Robinson],” he said in his filing (via People). “I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings.”
After this, footage of the altercation leaked. In it, Sandoval and Will shouted at each other. He then asked Victoria if she was filming him, and attempted to take her phone from her. Will pulled Sandoval away from his daughter, prompting Sandoval to push Will into a lit fire pit.
Victoria Robinson’s father claimed Tom Sandoval got physical with her before this
Will’s account of the event was different from Sandoval’s. In a request for a civil harassment restraining order, he claimed that Sandoval “seriously injured” him when he pushed him into the fire pit. He also alleged that Sandoval “began talking about himself having a gun.”
He claimed that this is not the first time that Sandoval has gotten physical with Victoria.
“This incident was the 5th time, to my knowledge, that he has become physical during a confrontation with my daughter,” he wrote in his filing (via People). “This time I was assaulted and injured by him.”
He alleged that since then, Sandoval has returned to the house, “starting trouble” and “forcing me to call the police on him again.”
He said that the restraining order is necessary “to keep him away from me and my daughter’s residence.”
His former ‘Vanderpump Rules’ co-star slammed him
Sandoval’s former Vanderpump Rules costar, Stassi Schroeder, criticized him after footage of the incident leaked.
“I hate when my ex-cast members are out there looking like trash,” she said on the Stassi With Tay podcast. “Because to me … the audience, then is going to look to us and look for little nuggets of trash. Where I’m like, can we all elevate each other? Can we, like, get our s*** together? … Can we not get arrested?”
She said that she wants to see all of her former cast members doing well.
“It’s insane,” she said. “I just need everyone to get their sh*t together. Every single ex-cast member of Vanderpump Rules … get your s*** together … I just want everyone to get there because it’s better if we’re all succeeding.”
Schroeder added that the footage shocked her.
“He has done this since the beginning of time,” she said. “He is putting on a show when he fights. He’s not turning it on for the cameras, this is literally what he’s like all the time. It just was so … shocking to see him push a father, like, an older man, into a fire pit.”
