On the May 22 episode of 90 Day Fiancé Season 9, Kara’s friend, Hillary, asked the couple, “So what is the biggest fight that you’ve had?”
Guillermo revealed, “I could say that once in DR [Dominican Republic], she threw my clothes from the window.” Kara asked, “Was it because I read the message of that girl?” Guillermo confirms, “Yeah, maybe.”
Kara explains, “There’s a Canadian girl before me.” She said, “And he used this line with me. Picture of the moon and a phrase that says, ‘I wish you could be here to watch this moon with me.'”
She continued, “And I was like, ‘Wow, so sweet. Romantic. He wants me to be there with him.’ And then when I went back on his phone, sneakily, he had said the exact same thing.” Kara concluded, “You know, it just made it feel cheap to me.”
Kara and Guillermo’s ongoing trust issues
When Kara’s friend asks her if she’s still checking Guillermo’s phone, she says, “No, not really.” She confessed, “Not actively.”

When Guillermo asked why they broke up, Chris revealed how Kara broke her heart. He said, “So, I went through her text messages. She was like, ‘It was so good seeing you.’ Like, ‘That kiss was amazing.'” Chris revealed that Kara’s cheating had long-term effects on him. He said, “I never trusted a woman again.”
