Kelli Potter From ‘RHOA’ Shares Details of Terrifying Jet Ski Accident: ‘Crashed Full Speed’
Kelli Potter is feeling grateful after a scary incident in the Bahamas.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was on vacation with her mystery-man boyfriend, “Jarvis.” (She’s yet to reveal her man’s real identity.) They decided to go jet skiing, and things quickly went off the rails.
“Yesterday I was [crying]… today I’m smiling,” she wrote on Instagram on Monday, October 12.
“Yesterday was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. A gentleman took [Jarvis] and me for a ride in a ‘jet ski car.’ During the ride, the steering failed, and we crashed head-on FULL SPEED into the reefs. I literally saw my life flash before my eyes,” the Bravo personality wrote.
Fortunately, Kelli was not critically injured in the accident, though she did suffer two broken bones. On social media, she shared several photos and videos of herself with the bottom part of her leg and angle in a pink cast.
“We made it back home safely from the Bahamas,” she wrote. “I’m just THANKFUL for God, My Man, & everyone who took care of us.”
Kelli added that she would share more details about her frightening experience later. In the meantime, she called on the jet ski rental company to “do the RIGHT THING.”
