Khloé Kardashian’s Four-Year Celibacy Is a Deliberate Choice, Not a Lack of Options
On a recent episode of The Kardashians, Khloé Kardashian revealed her four-year period of celibacy. Khloé admitted that she hasn’t been with anyone since around the time she ended her relationship with Tristan Thompson. While those close to her expressed concern about her sex life, Khloé said that this has been a deliberate choice on her behalf.
Khloé Kardashian said she has chosen celibacy
Khloé recently spoke about her sex life — or lack thereof — on an episode of The Kardashians. She admitted that she has been celibate for four years. This roughly lines up with the end of her relationship with Thompson. When Kim Kardashian asked her sister why she doesn’t just reach out to an ex, Khloé said that this was a terrible idea.
“My recycle list is such gutter,” she said. “No one wants me to recycle my list. They are the bottom of the barrel.”
She clarified that her celibacy is not due to a lack of options. At this stage of her life, though, she doesn’t want to be having sex.
“I can get someone to have sex with me,” she said. “I just don’t want to have sex right now.”

Hairstylist and Kardashian family friend Chris Appleton was a part of this conversation. He seemed astonished by Khloé’s admission.
“He literally gets stunned every time he hears that I am still not sexually active,” Khloé said.
She added that he talks about her sex life “like I have leprosy.” Appleton said that it just made him feel concerned for her.
“Why don’t you sleep with her then?” Kris Jenner asked.
While Appleton said that he would be willing to put her dry spell to an end, Khloé didn’t seem particularly interested.
Her mother is reportedly trying to set her up with someone else too
Sources claim that Kris is pushing to partner her daughter up with an unexpected person: Scott Disick. Disick dated Khloé’s sister Kourtney for nearly ten years. They share three children.
“Kris is pushing for Khloé and Scott Disick to get together,” a source told InTouch Weekly. “Sure, it would be unconventional, but she hates seeing Khloé so lonely, and Kris knows Scott is lonely too.”
Despite their 2015 breakup, Disick remained close to the family. He has always had a good rapport with Khloé, with some seeing their dynamic as flirtatious.
“Khloé is always quick to say that this whole flirting thing she and Scott have is just a joke,” the source said. “But everyone can see there’s something between them.”
Kourtney is reportedly not happy about this.
“She is totally stunned that this is even a real discussion,” the source said. “She hates how Scott has sunk his claws into Khloé. In her view, he’s part of the reason she hasn’t moved on after Tristan Thompson. Khloé spends all her free time hanging out with Scott.”
They added that she has threatened to cut off her ex if he pursues a relationship with her sister.
