‘Embarrassed’ Shekinah From ’90 Day Fiancé’ Blasts ‘Trash’ TLC Show: ‘Pathetic’
Shekinah Garner of 90 Day Fiancé fame might be regretting her reality TV career.
Shekinah Garner clashed with Thais Ramon on ‘90 Day: The Last Resort’ Season 3
Shekinah, a California-based makeup artist, joined the popular TLC franchise in 2023, appearing with her boyfriend, Sarper Güven, in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Season 5. After two seasons on that show, the couple joined 90 Day Fiancé for season 11 in 2025. Now, they’re part of the cast of 90 Day: The Last Resort Season 3.
But in recent weeks, Shekinah seems to have soured on the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. In an episode of The Last Resort, she confronted co-star Thais Ramon over an Instagram unfollow, and the minor incident soon grew into a major feud. When Thais and her husband Patrick were involved in a domestic incident in late May, Shekinah she even went so far as to call for the other woman to be deported back to Brazil because she was “violent.”

Now, Shekinah is lashing out again. In a June 16 post on her Instagram Story, she bashed the 90 Day spinoff, which follows 90 Day cast members as they participate in a unique group couples retreat in an attempt to save their relationships.
“I’m so embarrassed to be on this trash TV show,” she wrote in the update, which she shared shortly after a new episode of The Last Resort aired on TLC on June 15.
“Make it stop,” she continued. “Pathetic. Waste of time. I can’t wait for this part of my life to be over.”
Fans and fellow 90 Day stars weren’t sure what to make of Shekinah’s outburst.
“This has got to be fake. She didn’t actually post that, right?” commented Armando Rubio on Instagram.
Several people said they wouldn’t be sorry to see Shekinah leave the 90 Day franchise. Others thought she was all talk. They suspected she was just stirring up drama in a bid for attention.
“She’s known to be on multiple reality shows..,” another person wrote. (Before 90 Day, Shekinah appeared on The Millionaire Matchmaker and Baggage, a dating show hosted by Jerry Springer). “All hype lmao.”
90 Day: The Last Resort airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on TLC. Episodes also stream on HBO Max.
